We will ship our art and goodies anywhere you can get a package but we are not responsible for your country’s customs policies or import taxes/VAT etc. By purchasing anything from Mascottist Academy, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your fees.

We can ship by "SF Express" first class or priority mail which covers over 50 countries and areas. Known locations include Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mongolia, India, Australia, United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, UAE, South America, Africa, etc.

Some countries on SF Express' list can be shipped from Hong Kong.
Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times will take 10 to 28 working days for air mail items to reach recipients, subject to flight availability, progress of customs clearance aviation security check, etc. Weekends and public holidays are excluded the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail item measurements under the performance pledges.
Delivery Charge

The above rates do not include Fuel Surcharge, Remote Surcharge, Resource Allocation Fee, Special Warehousing Service Charge, Handling Fee, and other Duties & Taxes.

Fuel surcharges are required for Hong Kong export shipments, except for the following:

Additional freight charges may be required and the transit time will be affected for the Redirection Service.

IN-STOCK Items

If your item is in stock, we'll ship it out within 7 working days from ordering! We try to inform you if there is an unexpected situation.
PRE-ORDER Items

Your items will ship after the items are ready and back in stock! If your purchase order is included in stock and pre-order items, we will ship once it is all collected. If you want to receive your items separately, please place separate orders. We will inform you of the product delivery status via email.
Change Your Address

Contact us ASAP. Once you receive a shipping notification, we cannot change your order. It is your responsibility to double-check that you provided the correct address.

If your package is return to us, we probably invoice you for the additional shipping charge.

Your digital items may get to you sooner than physical items. Each product has that information included. Everyone placing a pre-order will receive updates monthly via a newsletter. We will never sell your information or bombard you with updates.

We will print the shipping label, you will receive a tracking number to your email address. Please check the tracking page regularly to ensure safe delivery of your goodies. You are responsible for self-tracking the information and collecting your package on time.

Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us and we will determine your situation to pass to SF Express or not.

If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact "SF Express" first or your international post office if you're abroad, and if they are unable to assist you, we can try to figure something out! As a small business, we are unable to offer free replacements.
